Our Mission

Achieve & Nurture is a Therapeutic Alternative Provision (TAP) offering tailored, off-site emotional support for children who are unable to access mainstream schooling due to a variety of needs including social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs. 

Our approach is rooted in the understanding that learning and emotional development are interconnected, and that every child deserves an environment where they feel safe, seen and supported.

We take a holistic, relationship-based approach, working not only with the child but also in partnership with their family, school and wider professional network to create a collaborative support network, with regular reviews. Our ultimate goal is to promote emotional resilience, self-confidence, and the ability to manage emotions in ways that feel both meaningful and achievable. We also strive to foster a sense of belonging, enabling children to re-engage with education in a purposeful way and, where appropriate, transition successfully back into mainstream or to specialist settings.
